What is your cancelation policy?

If you decide to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled rental date, you will be charged a 20% cancelation fee of the total standard rental price plus tax.

What if it rains or the weather becomes severe?

Our number one concern is your safety!

Please do not attempt to secure or operate the unit(s) in severe weather. In the event of rain and or high winds (20 miles per hour or greater), discontinue use and unplug the unit(s).

Are the rental units clean?

We clean our rental equipment after every rental use with a bleach-free sanitizer. We are committed to providing a safe, fun, clean and worry free event for all your party needs! Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

What is the delivery and pick up process?

Each process usually takes 30 minutes or less. We will deliver and pick up the unit(s) at a predetermined time that fits your needs and our schedule. Setup will begin after the rental agreement is signed and payment is made. Once the unit(s) is/are setup, we will have you inspect the unit(s), go over the instructions and make sure that you are completely satisfied.
When we pick up the unit(s), we will do a quick inspection, load it and leave.

What do I need to provide and prepare for the rental?

Make sure the delivery area is accessible for our delivery vehicle. Clear a path to the setup area at least 36” wide. Make sure the setup area is free of debris and animal waste. Make sure the setup area is reasonably flat, large enough for the unit and will be clear of surrounding obstacles, trees, power lines etc.
A standard 3 prong 20-amp electrical outlet is required within 50 feet of each unit.
A water spigot is required within 50 feet of all water units.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is included in the rental price within a 20-mile radius of Big Dawgs Inflatable Fun World & More LLC.
